The open deck's flow-through structure provides a high-strength, lightweight platform with high impact resistance and an excellent performance-to-weight ratio. The open construction keeps pallet weight low and makes cleaning and sanitizing straightforward across high-turnover handling and storage environments.
4-Way Entry
Entry ports are dimensioned to precise tolerances, ensuring compatibility with all standard handling equipment including automated systems. Forklifts, conveyors, and pallet jacks get smooth and reliable access from all required directions. Reinforced fork entry edges enhance impact resistance and minimize deformation under heavy usage, maintaining dimensional accuracy and safe operation over the product's service life.
One-Piece Injection
Manufactured using high-pressure injection molding, each pallet is formed as a single, unified unit. The monolithic structure eliminates joints and weld points, providing consistent stability, structural integrity, and impact resistance that holds across the full service life of the pallet.
Three-Runner Reinforced Base
