• Why choose plastic pallets over wood pallets?

  Plastic pallets are the preferred alternative to wooden pallets for their lighter weight, ease of cleaning, dimensions stability, and extended service life. 

  Constructed from durable materials, they are resistant to chemicals, moisture, and bacterial buildup, making them well-suited for hygienic and regulated environments. With an average lifespan of 3 to 5 years , plastic pallets also offer greater long-term reliability. 

  Moreover, their consistent weight and dimensional accuracy improve handling efficiency and ensure compatibility with automated systems and material handling equipment. Plastic pallets are also exempt from international wood packaging regulations such as ISPM 15.

• What material do you use for plastic pallets?

  We offer several pallet material options to match your performance and cost requirements: 

  1. 100% virgin HDPE and PP from Sinopec for hygienic use, maximum performance, and extended service life. 
  2. Mixed (80% virgin and 20% recycled HDPE/PP) for an optimal balance between performance and cost. 
  3. 100% recycled HDPE/PP material for one-way shipping or special light load applications.

• What kinds of plastic pallets do you offer?

  We manufacture a diverse types of plastic pallets, including rackable, stackable, nestable, export, display, half, splicing, three runner, six runner, reversible, nine-legged in both open deck and closed deck.

• What pallet sizes do you offer?

  We offer standard dimension pallets that comply with ISO/regional standards, application-specific dimensions, and custom sizes to match your unique requirements.

• What is static load capacity?

  Static load capacity is the maximum weight a pallet can hold when sitting stationary on a flat surface. Our standard pallets come in 1500 kg, 4000 kg, 6000 kg, and 8000 kg static load capacity.

• What is dynamic load capacity?

  Dynamic load capacity refers to the highest weight a pallet product can hold while it’s in motion. Our standard pallets come in 500 kg, 1000 kg, 1500 kg, and 2000 kg dynamic load capacity.

• What is racking load capacity?

  Racking load capacity is the maximum amount of weight a pallet can support while it’s stored on a racking system. Our standard rackable pallets have a racking capacity of 500kg, 1000kg, or 1500kg.

• How are your plastic pallets manufactured?

  We utilize two primary manufacturing processes for pallet production: high-pressure injection molding and blow molding. Blow molding is selectively used for low-cost, lightweight pallet designs.

• What is the lifespan of your plastic pallets?

  Our plastic pallets typically last 3 to 5 years, depending on the material formulation, manufacturing process, and pallet design. Injection-molded pallets engineered with higher-grade materials generally offer greater structural strength, wear resistance, and longevity than lightweight alternatives. Pallet lifespan is also influenced by working conditions, such as load weight, handling frequency,  and cumulative exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals.

• Can your plastic pallets be used in cold chain applications?

  our virgin HDPE pallets are engineered for use in temperatures as low as -40℃ without compromising on performance.

• What is the working temperature of your plastic pallets?

  The working temperature depends on the chosen pallet material: HDPE offer reliable load performance and structural stability with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃.  PP offer excellent heat-resistance, suitable for high temperature storage and handling, able to maintain structural rigidity from -10℃ to 120℃.

• What is the working temperature of your plastic pallets?

  The working temperature depends on the chosen pallet material: HDPE offer reliable load performance and structural stability with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃.  PP offer excellent heat-resistance, suitable for high temperature storage and handling, able to maintain structural rigidity from -10℃ to 120℃.

• Are your pallets food-safe?

  Yes, all of our plastic pallets comply with REACH & RoHs. We use virgin HDPE plastic pallets that are FDA approved for direct food contact. We also offer hygienic plastic pallets with a closed deck and runners for applications with the strictest hygiene standards, including food, pharma, and cleanrooms.

• Are your plastic pallets recyclable at the end of their service life?

  Yes, we only use eco-friendly plastic. All of our pallets are 100% recyclable.

• What is the difference between HDPE and PP?

  HDPE Pallets are strong and durable, they are resistant to cold, moisture, impacts, and chemicals. They are ideal for general logistics, cold storage and outdoor use. PP pallets offer higher stiffness and load stability, perfect for heavy duty load, high temperature handling, racking system, and automated warehoue.
