Our plastic pallets  are made of virgin HDPE and PP resin from Exxon Mobil, Sinopec and PetroChina. These plastic resins feature infrared spectral purity exceeding 99% with an ESCR of ≥500 h. As a result, our reliable, high-strength pallets can resist impacts and deliver long service life. They’re also resistant to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and UV rays.

Our pallets are manufactured by way of high-pressure injection molding with a strict dimensional tolerance. This level of precision guarantees size consistency, safe handling, and compatibility with automated systems, resulting in maximized reusability and operational efficiency.

Plastic pallets are the preferred alternative to wooden pallets for their lighter weight, ease of cleaning, dimensions stability, and extended service life. 

Constructed from durable materials, they are resistant to chemicals, moisture, and bacterial buildup, making them well-suited for hygienic and regulated environments. With an average lifespan of 3 to 5 years , plastic pallets also offer greater long-term reliability. 

Moreover, their consistent weight and dimensional accuracy improve handling efficiency and ensure compatibility with automated systems and material handling equipment. Plastic pallets are also exempt from international wood packaging regulations such as ISPM 15.

  1. 100% virgin HDPE and PP from Sinopec for hygienic use, maximum performance, and extended service life. 
  2. Mixed (80% virgin and 20% recycled HDPE/PP) for an optimal balance between performance and cost. 
  3. 100% recycled HDPE/PP material for one-way shipping or special light load applications.

Static load capacity is the maximum weight a pallet can hold when sitting stationary on a flat surface. Our standard pallets come in 1500 kg, 4000 kg, 6000 kg, and 8000 kg static load capacity.

Dynamic load capacity refers to the highest weight a pallet product can hold while it’s in motion. Our standard pallets come in 500 kg, 1000 kg, 1500 kg, and 2000 kg dynamic load capacity.

Racking load capacity is the maximum amount of weight a pallet can support while it’s stored on a racking system. Our standard rackable pallets have a racking capacity of 500kg, 1000kg, or 1500kg.

We utilize two primary manufacturing processes for pallet production: high-pressure injection molding and blow molding. Blow molding is selectively used for low-cost, lightweight pallet designs.

Our plastic pallets typically last 3 to 5 years, depending on the material formulation, manufacturing process, and pallet design. Injection-molded pallets engineered with higher-grade materials generally offer greater structural strength, wear resistance, and longevity than lightweight alternatives. Pallet lifespan is also influenced by working conditions, such as load weight, handling frequency,  and cumulative exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals.

The working temperature depends on the chosen pallet material: HDPE offer reliable load performance and structural stability with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃.  PP offer excellent heat-resistance, suitable for high temperature storage and handling, able to maintain structural rigidity from -10℃ to 120℃.

Yes, all of our plastic pallets comply with REACH & RoHs. We use virgin HDPE plastic pallets that are FDA approved for direct food contact. We also offer hygienic plastic pallets with a closed deck and runners for applications with the strictest hygiene standards, including food, pharma, and cleanrooms.

Yes, we only use eco-friendly plastic. All of our pallets are 100% recyclable.
